Maroon China Grass

Maroon China Grass is a striking, low-growing, grass-like ornamental plant known for its dense clumps of arching, blade-like foliage in dramatic shades of deep burgundy, maroon, and bronze. This intense, dark foliage provides superb year-round colour and striking textural contrast against standard green plantings. It is incredibly tough, low-maintenance, and forms an excellent, neat edging plant along pathways, borders, and rock gardens. It also looks outstanding when mass-planted as a dramatic, dark ground cover to highlight brighter specimen plants.
