Bromeliads (Bromeliaceae family)

Bromeliads are a spectacular, diverse family of tropical plants that includes pineapple relatives, air plants, and some of the most dramatically colourful ornamental plants available. They are prized for their vivid, long-lasting floral spikes in shades of red, orange, pink, yellow, and purple, as well as their architecturally striking rosette forms. Many are epiphytic, requiring little to no soil. They thrive in warm, bright, humid conditions and are superb for both outdoor tropical gardens and premium indoor displays. Their extremely long-lasting inflorescences provide months of colour with virtually no care.
